Specialist strength and biomechanics coach. Honours graduate from Sydney uni in Physiotherapy.

With his physio background Scott can help design specific programs around injury concerns.

20 years experience Scott can help with all your nutritional and training goals, from fat loss to bodybuilding to sports specific training.

With 10 years experience as a personal trainer, Laura has dedicated her career to helping people achieve their goals.

Corey Hogan

Corey is our resident Exercise Scientist and is currently doing his Masters In Strength and Conditioning. Being a previous Junior Australian record holder in powerlifting, he brings an impressive knowledge of things strength to our team. With a keen passion for nutrition as well, he is a great body transformation coach. He also has a lot of experience in training people with acute or chronic injuries (as he is mentored by Scott Hill, owner and sports physiotherapist).
